AlUla Skyrise is a breathtaking mass ballooning experience that sees 30 hot air balloons ascending together across the skies of Hegra. A natural sandstone formation about 52 meters tall, wind-eroded into the shape of an elephant with its trunk touching the ground — one of AlUla's most-visited, easily accessible sunset spots.
A large mountain nature reserve running a long-term conservation program to reintroduce threatened wildlife such as the Arabian oryx and Arabian leopard, with marked wildlife-viewing and hiking trails.
