It empowers them to elevate their leadership, harness their experience and legacy, and effectively lead teams and organizations to deliver on Vision 2030’s strategies and objectives. The Executive Leadership Toolkits The 2030 Leaders Program is more than a leadership program; it is a transformational experience designed to empower senior leaders with the mindsets, competencies, and practical toolkits needed to drive large-scale transformation across the Kingdom. This program delivers a comprehensive suite of toolkits, ensuring leaders leave not only with insights but with practical strategies to apply immediately within their organizations. Module 1 : Envision Developing Strategic foresight for future growth 4 Days - 11 October - 14 October 2026 | Riyadh Module 2: Build Designing value-driven and sustainable business models 5 Days - 7 December – 11 December 2026 | Asia Module 3: Innovate Leading innovation through technology and agility 5 Days - 24 January - 28 January 2027 | KSA Module 4: Change Executing and managing change in a complex world 4 Days - 21 March - 24 March 2027 | KSA Capstone Final Presentations 3 Days - 25 April - 27 April 2027 | Riyadh Important Dates: Cohort 8 Start/End Date: October 2026 - April 2027 Application closes: 15 July 2026 Partners: For more information, click here . Program Prerequisites Must be an accomplished senior leader in public or private sector; or a successful entrepreneur with aspirations to take on a national leadership role. Must have a minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Highly proficient in written and spoken English. Should be able to clearly articulate plans to realize Vision 2030 goals and make a long-lasting impact. The target age of applicant must be 45 years or younger at the time of application.
