Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Human Capability Development Program (HCDP) Committee, the third edition of the Human Capability Initiative (HCI) Conference—one of the Saudi Vision 2030 Realization Programs—will take place on April 12–13, 2027, at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh under the theme “The Human Code.” The conference will focus on three pillars: deep human connection, sound reasoning amid complexity, and value-driven creation to safeguard human contribution and purpose in the age of accelerated technological advancement. HCI 2027 aims to attract more than 15,000 visitors and over 250 local and international speakers, including policymakers, thought leaders, and experts from government, private, nonprofit, and global institutions, providing a platform to exchange best practices and showcase inspiring global success stories. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will participate as Country of Honor, reflecting the strength of the Saudi-British strategic partnership in advancing human capability development. Building on the success of previous editions—which welcomed over 23,000 visitors, featured 550+ speakers, and announced more than 156 launches and agreements—the conference reinforces the Kingdom’s commitment to investing in human potential as a foundation for sustainable growth and global competitiveness in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
