The program offers a series of intensive, interactive training courses designed for leaders and workers in the nonprofit sector, enabling them to improve their organization's performance and maximize its impact. The program also aims to support individuals interested in pursuing careers in the nonprofit sector by offering a variety of specialized training tracks. Program Paths Overview First: General Paths The program will provide foundational knowledge and professional concepts about the nonprofit sector, highlighting its importance, available specialized job opportunities, and the professional career paths within the program. Nonprofit Sector Working Skills Path For those with no prior experience in the sector, the "Nonprofit Sector Working Skills" path is an ideal entry point, designed for young individuals who are eager to join this promising sector. Building a Culture of Work in the Nonprofit Sector Path Meanwhile, the "Building a Culture of Work in the Nonprofit Sector" path is intended for those with experience working in the nonprofit sector. Both paths will begin simultaneously, followed by specialized paths to further develop participants’ expertise. Second: Specialized Paths Specialized training will be provided in specific areas to enhance the participants’ capabilities and equip them with the necessary knowledge to apply in their nonprofit organizations. The specialized paths are as follows: Human Resource Management Development Project Management Governance and Performance Management Government Services Outsourcing and Financial Sustainability Development Media Training Methods: Interactive lectures Workshops Assessments and Assignments Virtual forums Capstone projects Presentations and discussions on best practices Interactive training tools Enrichment sessions Program Benefits: Interactive training packages Open-Source Tools and Ready-to-Use Templates Practical, supervised projects Certification accredited by MISK Program Outline: Week 1-2 General Paths – All participants Weeks 3-4 Specialized Paths – Participants will engage in specialized Paths based on their selection during the registration process, with ongoing support and guidance sessions provided Week 5 Workshops Week 6 Virtual Forum and Evaluation of Graduation Projects
